About Me 

I've been involved in sports my whole life and have experience with a wide range of activities – from team sports and swimming to strength and conditioning training.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Sport, where I gained a solid foundation in various disciplines such as gymnastics, swimming, martial arts, and more. This gives me a broader understanding of movement, technique, and how the body works.

I specialize in strength and conditioning training, focusing on building strength, stability, and overall physical fitness. I work with both bodyweight exercises and gym equipment, always tailoring each session to the individual needs of my clients.

I help people improve their posture, tone their bodies, and get rid of back pain – which is often caused by sedentary jobs and poor movement habits.

My goal is to help people train correctly, efficiently, and sustainably – so they feel better, become stronger, and genuinely enjoy being active.
